Bespoke Windows Dulwich
Service Experience Record
Casement & sash window installation in East Dulwich (SE22)
Installation of four sash windows and one casement window in SE22 was carried out by a named fitting team. The company was chosen for its detailed knowledge of window options and willingness to explain specifications fully before purchase. The fitting team was described as adaptive and considerate, covering furniture and explaining structural findings uncovered during the work. Communication throughout the project was generally well received, though the customer noted that technical terms and tilt-window features could have been explained more clearly at the outset. A strong likelihood of recommending the company was indicated.
CUSTOMER VOICE
“They explained in detail - because they're uncovering the house, they said the structure isn't very good and they'd find the damp. I really appreciated that insight and the time they took to explain things beyond the windows themselves.”
